Technology and Production stages of Machines

All the stages of design and programing, production and manufacturing process are done in this plant. Advanced CNC milling and exfoliation machines are used for production of machinery parts. After final quality control, the parts are colored by plating method. After the machine frameworks are colored by Epoxy color which is highly resistant to heat and acids, they are ready for assembly. In this level, skillful electric and mechanic engineers implement the electric and electronic circuits and programming of machines with high precision.

Depending on the type of machines, the final tests and checking may take about 3-7 days and finally the machines are ready for delivery.

PU Conveyor Machine with 60/80 stations for production of soles, sandals and shoes, producing 300 pairs of soles and sandals and 240 pairs of shoes per hour

TPU Automatic Rotary Machine

TPU machine is used for injection – pouring material into an open mould. It is suitable for the production of insert TPU soles to combine to unit soles or injected onto uppers produced on machines for two components PU.
